All types of POWDER FRUIT supplied by tato are produced through the spray-drying of the pulp and/or juice in 25 kgs bags. The pulp and the juice are on average the 50% of the finished product. The remaining part is made up of sugar support.
Thanks to its low hygroscopicity level, the spray-dried fruit is PARTICULARLY SUITABLE for the production of powder semi-finished industrial products for ice creams, desserts and many other products.
The storage temperature MUST NOT EXCEED 18° C. if they are kept in the original packaging, their shelf-life is guaranteed for at least 12 months. Some types may be available only on request and their production may be linked to a minimum quantity order.
